Double Bird & Pink Bird

These two pieces were developed as part of a “bird” body of work, including prints, papercuts and laser cut mixed media pieces. Sometimes it’s frustrating to have one-off pieces that don’t fit neatly into a collection, go with the rest of the IG grid, or follow others directly, but I find it worthwhile to finish them anyway in the interest of finding new variations and practicing techniques.
